Q1. I have an urgent order, can I still make an order?
Yes! We are more than happy to fulfil your order. If you have an urgent order, please enquire on our availability either via email at email@example.com or DM us on Instagram @khoocoon.
What if recipient is not at the stated delivery address?
We will pass the bouquet to whoever is available to accept on behalf of the recipient. If no one is available to accept it, our third party courier will leave it at the doorstep.
How many days in advanced should I place my orders?
Gifts & Bouquets - At least 3 working days in advance before delivery date. Bridal - At least 7 working days in advance before delivery date. Wedding Set Up- At least 1 month in advance. You can also check the lead time for individual products on the individual pages.
Can I add a gift card to my purchase?
Yes! Gift cards are free :) Please leave your note in the comments section when checking out
Why is my order different from the pictures?
Every Stem of Flower is different and we will not be able to provide a complete replica of the bouquets. However, we will always strive our best to make every khoocoon gift and bouquet pretty :) Please do note that we reserve the right to change fillers and foliage without prior notice to buyer.
